Stretch Lower &amp; Numbers\u201d Thinlits (Dies) by Sizzix Tim Holtz<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/werkzeuge-nuetzliches\/kleber-und-klebeband\/\">Ranger Glossy Accents<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/schablonen-stanzen-embossingfolder\/stanzen-nach-themen\/formen-boxen\/\">*Alternative Product* Slimline Panel Dies by My Favorite Things<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/stempelzubehoer\/stempelkissen\/distress-ink\/\">*Alternative Product* Distress Inks<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/embellishment-co\/perlen-strasssteine-enamel-dots\/\">Enamel Dots<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As I had the \u201c<strong>Oddball Bird<\/strong>\u201d stamp set out from the last card I decided to go ahead and create another card featuring the birdies \u2013 I love the sarcastic face expression and think they go really well on birthday cards. Do you agree or disagree?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the background I decided to go with a colourful row of balloons, so I grabbed the <strong>MFT &#8222;balloon party&#8220; stencil<\/strong> and started ink blending. However, as I wanted the balloons to overlap I didn\u2019t follow the pattern of the stencil but masked off some of the balloons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the background was done I grabbed the &#8222;<strong>Alpha Stretch&#8220; dies<\/strong> and die cut all the letters for the word \u201cexcited\u201d from black cardstock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I then went ahead and started arranging the letters on my card in order to decide where to place them and to ensure at the same time to have enough space for the two birds. Once I settled on the placement I coloured in the two birds with my alcohol markers, of course they should match the balloons, hence one bird being turquoise and the other one pink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last step was to glue everything down on the card panel, I started with the individual letters for the word &#8222;excited&#8220; and then added the two birds as well as the subsentiments and a few Enamel dots for the finishing touches. I also added &#8222;<strong>Glossy Accents<\/strong>&#8220; to the black letters in order to give them a bit more dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you like this card &#8211; this is also my last card as guest designer, 3 months went by really fast. Ich liebe ja diese sarkastischen Gesichtsausdr\u00fccke total und finde, dass sie sich auch gut auf Geburtstagskarten machen. Stimmt Ihr mir hier zu oder eher nicht?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe wie so oft mit dem Hintergrund angefangen und diesmal die &#8222;<strong>Balloon party<\/strong>&#8220; Schablone von MFT verwendet, nat\u00fcrlich habe ich die Ballons wie immer in Regenbogenfarben gewischt. Ich habe hierbei aber nur einzelne Ballons verwendet, ich wollte n\u00e4mlich, dass sich die Ballons \u00fcberschneiden.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Buchstaben des Wortes &#8222;excited&#8220; habe ich die &#8222;<strong>Alpha Stretch&#8220; Stanzen <\/strong>verwendet und die Buchstaben aus schwarzem Cardstock ausgestanzt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes habe ich die Buchstaben auf dem Kartenaufleger angeordnet, vorallem auch um sicherzustellen, dass ich jeweils links bzw. rechts noch genug Platz f\u00fcr jeweils einen Vogel hatte. Diese habe ich anschlie\u00dfend mit meinen Alkoholmarkern coloriert, nat\u00fcrlich farblich passend zu den Luftballons im Hintergrund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als letzten Step habe ich nun noch die Buchstaben des Wortes &#8222;excited&#8220; festgeklebt und anschlie\u00dfend die beiden V\u00f6gel, die Spr\u00fcche und ein paar Enamel Dots. angebracht. Um den Buchstaben noch etwas mehr Dimension zu verleihen habe ich &#8222;<strong>Glossy Accents<\/strong>&#8220; verwendet. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hoffe, Euch gef\u00e4llt diese Karte &#8211; sie ist auch meine letzte Karte aus Gastdesignerin, die letzten 3 Monate sind wie im Flug vergangen.
