<\/figure>\n\n\n\nSo, for this page, I started with the background. I used a sponge to apply the paint on my page. I started with the Dylusions Poisoned Jade and then I mixed in a little bit of Blue Hawaiian. I also used some London Blue around the edges of my page. When it was dry, I realized that my coloures were too dark. So, I applied some Desert Sand paint, using a brayer. I did not want full coverage and the brayer is perfect for that! I left my page to dry and then I used a sponge to apply some Black Soot ink all around the edges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I still wanted to lighten up the page. So, I used the Compass stencil and some texture paste. I chose only the parts of the stencil that have spots. My idea was that I could make it look like snow. When the paste was dry, I applied the Rub On Transfers. It is really easy to apply a Rub On Transfer. I just had to peel it of of its backing, place it on the page and then use my bone folder to rub it and this transfers it on my page. And my background was ready!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cut the base of the flowers out of glitter paper and the base of the leaves out of green cardstock. The details for both parts are cut out of gold paper. I fill in the centers of the flowers with White Opal Liquid Pearls. The big “Merry Christmas“ sentiment is cut out of white cardstock, using the Alphanumeric Varsity Thinlits dies. I used only the outlines of the letter and stuck them on red cardstock. Then I filled them with Glossy Accents and left them to dry. I used a little bit of the Indian Gold Nuvo Musse to colour my chipboard snowflakes. Now my focal points were ready! I just put everything together on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr diese Seite habe ich also mit dem Hintergrund begonnen. Ich habe einen Schwamm benutzt, um die Farbe auf meiner Seite aufzutragen. Ich wollte die Seite noch aufhellen. Also habe ich die Compass-Schablone und etwas Texturpaste verwendet. Ich habe nur die Teile der Schablone die Flecken haben ausgew\u00e4hlt. Meine Idee war, dass ich es wie Schnee aussehen lassen k\u00f6nnte. Als die Paste trocken war, habe ich die Rub On Transfers aufgetragen. Es ist wirklich einfach einen Rub On Transfer aufzutragen. Ich musste es nur von seiner R\u00fcckseite abziehen, es auf die Seite legen und dann mit meinem Falzbein dar\u00fcber reiben. Die Bl\u00fctenmitten habe ich mit White Opal Liquid Pearls ausgef\u00fcllt. Der gro\u00dfe Spruch \u201eFrohe Weihnachten\u201c wird mit den Thinlits Stanzen Alphanumeric Varsity aus wei\u00dfem Karton ausgeschnitten. Ich habe nur die Umrisse des Briefes verwendet und auf roten Karton geklebt. Dann habe ich sie mit Glossy Accents gef\u00fcllt und trocknen lassen. Ich habe ein wenig des Indian Gold Nuvo Musse verwendet, um meine Spanplatten-Schneeflocken zu f\u00e4rben. Jetzt waren meine Schwerpunkte fertig! Ich habe einfach alles auf der Seite zusammengestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Als letzte Versch\u00f6nerung habe ich eine kleine Menge roter Perlen verwendet. Ich habe sie mit Multi Medium in einem Becher gemischt und dann mit einem Pinsel auf die Seite aufgetragen. Ich denke, dass durch das Hinzuf\u00fcgen von ein wenig Rot auf dem Hintergrund die Seite zusammengebracht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
