Stretch Lower &amp; Numbers\u201d Thinlits (Dies) by Sizzix Tim Holtz<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/stempelzubehoer\/embossingpulver\/\">Embossing powder<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stamping-fairies.de\/stempelzubehoer\/stempelkissen\/distress-ink\/\">*Alternative Product* Distress Inks<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a change, I didn&#8217;t start with creating the background &#8211; here, I stamped the &#8222;<strong>Dandy Lion Loves You<\/strong>&#8220; image first, I coloured in the image with my Copics and once finished, stamped the image again with <strong>Versafine Onyx Black Ink<\/strong> in order to heat embossed with <strong>clear embossing powder<\/strong>. <br>I then fuzzy cut the image, I usually have a white trim around my images, here I wanted to change up things so I cut along at the black line of the image. To be honest, not sure if I do this again &#8211; having to cut precisely really drove me nuts. Once done fuzzy cutting, I added a black marker to the edges of the image to hide the white cut lines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As next step I picked the &#8222;<strong>Alpha Stretch Lower&#8220; dies<\/strong> and cut the letters for the words &#8222;Happy&#8220; and &#8222;Day&#8220;. For some dimension, I glued together 4 letters each and then decided to add some shine as well. To do so, I added <strong>VersaMark Ink<\/strong> in order to clear heat emboss. As my jar of clear embossing powder is well used and almost empty I realized when melting the powder that the powder is not really clear anymore but sort of &#8222;freckled&#8220;. However, I went along with it anyway and added three layers of embossing powder on each of the letters. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I then went on creating the background, to ensure I have enough space for all the different elements I decided to go with a slimline card. <br>I wanted to create a Valentine&#8217;s Day inspired card but not too cheesy as I am planning to send to a co-worker who is currently having a bit of a tough time. I decided to go with the <strong>&#8222;Lots of Heart&#8220; stencil<\/strong> &#8211; I debated a bit how exactly to make use of the stencil on this card but ended up using a scrap piece of paper that I had cut a heart out of with one of my dies and use this as a mask. Anschlie\u00dfend habe ihc das Motiv mit meiner Stempelhilfe erneut abgestempelt, diesmal mit <strong>Versafine Onyx Black Ink<\/strong> um anschlie\u00dfend noch <strong>klares Embossingpulver<\/strong> zu verwenden. <br>Anschlie\u00dfend habe ich das Motiv mit meiner Schere ausgeschnitten, diesmal habe ich direkt an der schwarzen Linie entlang geschnitten. Aber wenn ich ehrlich bin, das war ziemlich viel Arbeit und ich bin wirklich nicht sicher, ob ich das wieder machen werde. Anschlie\u00dfend bin ich noch, diesen Tipp gibt es h\u00e4ufig bei YouTube zu finden, mit einem schwarzen Marker am Rand entlang um die wei\u00dfen Schneidelinien zu kaschieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe mir anschlie\u00dfend die<strong> &#8222;Alpha Stretch Lower&#8220; Stanzen <\/strong>genommen und die Buchstaben f\u00fcr die W\u00f6rter &#8222;Happy&#8220; und &#8222;Day&#8220; ausgestanzt. Ich habe hier vier einzelne Buchstaben aufeinandergeklebt, ich wollte au\u00dferdem noch etwas Glanz hinzuf\u00fcgen mit Hilfe von <strong>klarem Embossingpulver<\/strong>. Nun ja, was soll ich sagen, weil mein klares Embossingpulver oft benutzt wurde und daher auch fast leer ist, ist es kein wirklich klares Embossingpulver mehr &#8211; es sieht etwas &#8222;fleckig&#8220; aus &#8211; das hat mich in diesem Fall aber nicht gest\u00f6rt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nun habe ich mich an den Hintergrund gesetzt, um alle Elemente auf meiner Karte unterzubringen habe ich mich f\u00fcr eine Slimline-Karte entschieden.<br>Ich wollte f\u00fcr eine Kollegin, der es aktuell nicht so gut geht, eine Valentinstags-inspirierte Karte machen, sie sollte aber nicht zu kitschig sein. <br>Ich habe mich f\u00fcr die <strong>&#8222;Lots of Heart&#8220;<\/strong> Schablone entschieden &#8211; nachdem ich etwas l\u00e4nger \u00fcberlegt hatte, wie genau ich die Schablone auf dem Aufleger aufbringe habe ich ein Restst\u00fcck Papier (aus dem ich vorher ein Herz ausgestanzt habe) einfach als provisorische Schablone verwendet und dar\u00fcber meine bunten Inks verwendet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der letzte Schritt war noch ein Subsentiment mit Versamark Ink zu stempeln und wei\u00df zu embossen, alle Elemente aufzukleben und noch ein paar Embellishments anzubringen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasst mich gerne in den Kommentaren wissen, ob Euch diese Karte gef\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bis n\u00e4chste Woche!<br>Kati | inlovewith_paperstampsanddies<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*German version below | Deutsche Version unten* Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!
