It’s Time To Celebrate!

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday!

I am back with a set containing a birthday card, a matching ATC and a personalized birthday banner – but first, here the list of products I used:

For both the card and the ATC I started with creating the backgrounds, I used one of the three border stamps from the stamp set “Jumbo Mod Borders” and stamped the image in Versafine Onyx Black Ink and clear heat embossed afterwards. I also used the edges of a ripped piece of paper to ink blend my colourful inks on top of the black border.

I then created the backgrounds for the banners – I wanted to personalize the banner, the birthday girl is named Evi, so on three of the banners I decided to go with a black background as I wanted to add the letters of her name in colour. I used the stamp sets “Go With It” and “Artful of Circles” and one more background stamp from Darkroom door. I also used the “Alph. Stretch Lower & Numbers” dies to die cut the letters E, V and I.
On the other six banners I used multiple stencils, amongst others I used the “Balloon Party” and the “Patchwork Hex” stencil – I wanted these banners to contrast, hence using my colourful inks once more.

I also used the critters from three MFT stamp sets “Birthday Chicks“, “Jungle Vibes” and “Birth-Yay” – as always I coloured in the images with my Copics and then re-stamped in Versafine Onyx Black Ink in order to clear heat emboss.

To finish the card, the ATC and the banners I used multiple sentiments from the “Bitty Birthday Wishes” stamp set.

Hallo zusammen, ich hoffe, Ihr habt einen schönen Mittwoch!

Heute habe ich ein Set bestehend aus einer Karte, einer ATC und einem Geburtstagsbanner – aber wie immer hier die Liste der verwendeten Produkte:

Bei den Hintergründen der Karte sowie der ATC habe ich einen der drei Stempel aus dem Set “Jumbo Mod Borders” verwendet und das Motiv mit Versafine Onyx Black Ink gestempelt und anschließend in klar embossed. Bei mir muss es ja aber auch bunt werden, daher habe ich meine bunten Stempelkissen verwendet. Für den unregelmäßigen Rand habe ich einfach ein Blatt Kopierpapier verwendet welches ich außeinandergerissen habe.

Als nächstes waren die Hintergründe der Banner dran, ich habe zuerst drei Hintergründe in schwarz gestaltet – ich wollte den Banner nämlich mit dem Namen des Geburtstagskindes personalisieren und dafür bunte Buchstaben verwenden. Für die dunklen Hintergründe habe ich unter anderen die Stempelsets “Go With It” und “Artful of Circles” sowie einen weiteren Hintergrundstempel von Darkroom Door verwendet. Ich habe außerdem die Stanzen aus dem Set “Alph. Stretch Lower & Numbers” verwendet um die Buchstaben E, V und I auszustanzen.

Auf den anderen sechs Bannern habe ich verschiedene Schablonen verwendet, unter anderem auch die “Balloon Party” und die “Patchwork Hex” Schablone – damit diese sich von den dunklen Bannern absetzen habe ich hier wieder meine bunten Stempelkissen verwendet.

Weiterhin habe ich diese drei Stempelsets verwendet: “Birthday Chicks“, “Jungle Vibes” und “Birth-Yay” – wie immer habe ich die Motive mit meinen Copics coloriert und anschließend wild gemischt und auf der Karte, der ATC und den Bannern angebracht.

Im letzten Schritt habe ich noch verschiedene Sprüche aus dem Stempelset “Bitty Birthday Wishes” verwendet und diese auf der Karte, der ATC und den Bannern angebracht.
